“So how many meatballs do you think we can make out of Ann?”
“Dinner-size or cocktail-size?”
“Cocktail – we’re gonna throw a party!”
“Well, assuming we use everything, I figure we can get around 30 pounds of meat, and we could probably get 15-20 meatballs per pound…so maybe 600?”
“That’s what I thought.”
Please excuse the mess around here - someday I hope to have the time and inclination to actually make this site something more than the trainwreck that it currently is...but today is not that day.
